My first engagement photos makeup trial ♥

Alex Watson's engagement photo makeup trial

I had the honor to be asked to do one of my sorority pledge sister's makeup for her engagement photos. I was so excited to be able to share this memory with her! Alex is such a beautiful person inside AND out! She has such natural beauty, so with this simple but glam makeup look, it just made her that much more beautiful! I went for a more simple look to bring out her already pretty features, such as her amazing eyes and smile! I didn't want to do too much with the eyes, because of the flash photography would make her look a little "racoon-ish" if done too dark. I am so extremely happy for her and her fiancĂ© Heath's big day!!

Alex,

Thank you so much for asking me to do your makeup for such a fun and memorable day for you! You are such a beautiful and great person. I had so much fun with you creating this look! Seeing you get so excited about it, and to see how much you loved it, made me so happy. Thanks for making what I love to do so easy and more fun! You are going to be a gorgeous bride, Alex!

Fall Look #1 ♡

Hey lovely ladies! I just cannot believe fall is FINALLY HERE!!! Fall is my most favorite time of the year! Everything about this season is so perfect; the delicious scents that come out at this time from none other than my favorite store, Bath & Body Works, the colder weather, the clothes, yummy coffee drinks, and my most favorite, the dark lips!
This makeup look is based on that dark cranberry lip color that is 'so in' this season. When you incorporate a dark lip into your makeup look, you will want to do a neutral eye. By doing that, it will keep you from looking too over done.
This makeup look is one of my go-to fall looks. This makeup look is so effortless, but still so glam! Please watch the video below if you want to know how I do this makeup look, and how I pair it with the dark red lips.
XO
